Palm Springs Jebel Ali, Dubai
An independent guide to Nakheel’s new community of townhouses and villas, updated as each launch detail is confirmed.
A quieter kind of Dubai address
Palm Springs is Nakheel’s low-rise answer to tower living: streets of townhouses and standalone villas set around parks, walking paths and a country club, a short drive from Palm Jebel Ali and Sheikh Zayed Road.
The name is a clue to the mood. Early renders lean on desert modernism, with flat-roofed homes, deep terraces, palms and lagoon pools with sandy edges, closer to a California resort than a city block.
It sits inside Nakheel’s 2026 launch programme and will be released in two phases. Nothing is on sale yet, which is exactly why people are reading up now.
